Tae Kwon Do for Children and Adults
The tenets of Traditional Tae Kwon Do are taught, with an emphasis on personal achievement and improvement. Students learn discipline, self-awareness, and self-control while training in Tae Kwon Do. The curriculum consists of blocking and striking techniques, multiple forms and combinations, as well as sparring and real-world self-defense application.
Tae Kwon Do students practice and develop persistence, self-discipline, and kindness. Many participants find an increased feeling of peace and balance. It is an empowering way of life for children and adults.
Classes are taught at the following levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Black Belt
Adult Tae Kwon Do
Students of all belt levels are welcome. Classes include stretching and cardio vascular exercises along with Traditional Tae Kwon Do. Self-defense for real-life situations is part of every class.
PINK NINJAS/BLUE NINJAS
Tae Kwon Do program designed for parents and friends age 30+ to train in Tae Kwon Do. Sparring and jumping kicks are optional.
